Qigong
Pronounced Chi-Gong, Qigong exercises are a beautiful, graceful and energising moving meditation practice originally from China.
Long considered a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine Qigong is a simple and effective way to look after the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.
The style of Qigong taught is called Yuan Gong. Yuan Gong is easy to learn, enjoyable and effective. All exercises can be adjusted to suit individual situations and needs.
Exercises are relaxing, good for both body and mind and can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
Mindfullness/Ren Xue
Practicing Qigong and Meditation for over 11 years, Jay is very passionate about teaching people how they can bring the benefits of the practice into daily life.
Jay has taught now for many years, across NZ and in the U.S.
He is currently especially passionate about teaching online, helping individuals with their healing and self development (through Skype or in person) and delivering talks and presentations.
